NH Business Underground: Acorn Organic Salon Video (visit our Gallery page)
|  Acorn Organic Salon was developed based on a need for more healthy, natural hair choices. Located in Dover and Exeter, NH, Acorn was the first of its kind in the New Hampshire Seacoast. Owners Laura Mackay and Allison Degan have created a “green” salon that has extremely high standards of reducing toxicity, reusing materials, and recycling. Acorn’s products work the same as any other salon but are much safer to put down the drain, into the environment, and on the skin. The difference of Acorn is noticed as soon as you walk through the door; it doesn’t have the toxic smells of other salons. The salon is open 7 days a week to accommodate all schedules, the staff is experienced and happy to answer any questions you may have.  At Acorn Salon we make a conscious effort to use all natural, chemical free products. We also make sure to recycle and reuse wherever we possibly can.
